Eric Blog 6/11/11

Some weeks ago I did something that I said I’d never do again, namely take out a lease on another property.

Now I’ve been and gone and done it!

I saw this charming little place up for grabs after the previous tenant did a runner some three years ago.

The estate agent’s sales patter read – ‘Suitable for those discerning tenants who do not mind getting their hands dirty’.

I think it’s an absolutely perfect shape for the final assembly of the facelift Eric units being long and narrow just like the units themselves.

As you can see, because of its isolated and idyllic countryside surroundings – miles from anywhere I have re-named the building ‘Rose Cottage’ and it comes complete with a Victorian chimneystack.

I do hope you like it, I’m surprised it’s not a listed building.

New ERIC premisesPositively lovely isn’t it?

Of course the location is top secret, the only thing I will reveal is that it’s situated somewhere in the UK!

Plastering the walls ready for ERIC Mat cartridges to be made

First off I got Hilary to do a bit of plastering, I do hope she ‘speeds up’ a bit. The first delivery of the new EricMat sheets arrives in two day’s time and then she’ll have to assemble them into cartridge blocks because customers are waiting!

More soon…………

Waddy.
